Capture One 20.0.2 Download

I foolishly uninstalled my current version of CI before attempting to download CI 20.0.2. I guess I should have downloaded the new version over the current one because I will have lost my personalised settings. I'm now trying to download CI 20.0.2. When I click on the desktop icon I get a dialogue box where I enter my Licence Code and my email address. Having done that the lines for 'First Name', 'Last Name', and 'Country' are greyed out and I can't go any further. Any ideas what I should do? Thank you. J.

  Activate as usual. Fill in password and after that: get profile. Activate.
