Anyone else having trouble using their version 20 pre-order upgrade?

    Say more. What is the trouble you are having? What you have to do is "purchase" the new version and at check-out you enter the code you were sent, as a coupon code, and the price should become 0.00.

    Not working for me. Put the “coupon code†in, but nothing happens. Ticket open with support
