No Longer Can Import Images

Before I upgraded to the new version of Capture One Pro, for some reason, I can no longer import any images. I have plenty of room on my drives, I've restarted 3x. I don't understand what's going on. I'm working on a very large project and I'm so close to finishing up.
My system is on Mac Pro Mid-2012 desktop El Capitan, using the Capture One Pro 10.2.

  When you try to import what do you see on the screen?
  
  No Images at all in the import window?
  
  Or some thumbnails with, perhaps, a symbol on them? If so, what does the symbol look like?
  
  When you upgraded did you re-activate or are you running in trial mode?
  
  If in trial mode, which of the 4 possible modes did you select?

  I am no longer able to import the images from my Sony camera. There are no images at all in the import window

  Is your camera model supported by version 10, or is it a newer model? You can search in the knowlegde base for a list of supported cameras, or consult the release notes of v10.
