Saved PS files don't show up in Capture ONE

Once my shoot is organized by staring I begin to retouch in Photoshop. When I save the image it may appear the first time but the second or third edit doesn't appear at all in capture one and I have to import it separately.

Can anyone help?

    I have noticed this at first, easiest way to see each iteration is to "open" the PS file in C1 if you need to go back to PS. If you are in PS then hitting "SAVE" and not Save As should pull it up in C1. Now, I have seen only 1 changed version when "opening" in C1 and saving in PS.
