Unable to view .nefs

I have not used Capt One (v10) with .nef files before but understand I can process Nikon D810 image files ok form it. I have imported the images - the folder is created, in this case '13 November' - but when it finishes importing, that folder disappears and I can't access the images from C1
I have imported .tifs and they view fine, just the nefs not visible

    Are you on the Pro licence, and not on the Sony Express, for instance?

    Yes pro licence. Phase One files open fine, just the nefs not visible

    Under View/global filters, do you by chance have the always hide option set to hide raw?

    Are your NEF files RAW or RAW-S? The list of supported cameras says that RAW-S is not supported.

    Make sure you run the latest release of CO10, which is 10.2.1. You can download it from the software archive:
