MTP not recognized by C1

Hi.

Sony Camera sports the MTP connection protocol. I see camera and media in File Explorer in Import the device is not shown. How do I directly import images from my camera without copying them first?

    For most cameras, you can't. You can either as you say copy them into your computer first, or you can insert the memory card into your card reader and import directly from that. For the most part, if you connect your camera by cable to the computer, Capture One assumes you want to do tethered capture (although it only supports this for some camera models).
