Hi!
As I understand on the webpage it´s possible to share and work in the samt catalog simultaneously?

"Shared catalogs
It is possible for several people to share and work on the same catalog. It is also possible to lock a catalog (restricting it to a 'View Only' mode) to ensure no changes can be made to it."

I only get that to work if I lock the catalog, and we want to be able to shoot with one computer, choose pictures (1-5*) and be able to just let the retouch team work in the same catalog.

  I may be wrong but I don't think simultaneous sharing of a catalogue is an option. What the guidance seems to suggest is that a catalog in not restricted to use by a single named user. However that's not the same as working with multiuser software in the photo editing context.
  
  My gut feeling is that some sort of Session (session per retoucher rather then all working on a single session) based operation might be possible for your requirement (IF you can manage who is doing what) but it's not something I have had a need to explore so I cannot confirm it.
