Crash on exporting - can not process
When I try to export, C1-20PRO crashes and needs to be reopened.
When trying to process I get error messages - either Cannot preload file OR Could nor process file.
I am using Mac, Catalina 10.15.1, MacBook 2017 1.8 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5, 8GB
I shoot Pentax K-3, and have been importing DNG files on all previous C1 versions since about C1-v6Express
I have cleared the batch queue and history and I have tried removing the app and re-downloading.
What is really strange is that I can process one image after launching the software, but then no other images can be processed.
I appreciate any ideas or support!

You could have a look in the log files to see if there is any sort of clue available.
Beyond that, not being a Mac person, I not familiar enough with any know issues to offer potentially useful suggestions. Sorry.
No doubt someone with more relevant knowledge will be along shortly.

Try to disable OpenCL hardware acceleration for processing. Go to Preferences, General tab and set processing acceleration to Never. Restart Capture One and try again. 0
