I can not reproduce this. Try with hardware acceleration for Display set to Never from the Preferences, General tab.

That seems to solve it. I turned it off, made an adjustment and it didn't crash. On turning it back on, the program froze and crashed. In another thread opencl_runtime is mentioned in the crash report. This is also true for me. I've been sending the reports.

Create a Support Case to obtain personal technical support.

The system crash reports are useful to developers for seeing what their products are failing with in the real world for information and statistics but that does come with personal technical support.

    HTH.

Nevermind. Still crashes. And runs unusably slowly. What a waste of money.

Don't just send the crash reports. They will be analysed but will not result in personal support to resolve the issue you have.

Create a Support Case (Use the Submit Request option on one of the support web pages) and you should then be contacted by someone on the support team.

It would be a good idea to speed things up if you also send the log files attached to the problem description.

I have used Capture One for at least six years, all of the newest versions, and Capture One 20 poses the first time that Lightroom has come to mind! Since installing Capture One 20, I have had a large number of crashes, most when using layers with zoom, but also some related to overall system instability. I have an open case with Capture One--and hope to find a prompt resolution. I wish I had stuck with Capture One 12, at least until Phase One works out these wrinkles. Perhaps, I will try to return to it now.
