payment done on Alipay but no respond on website

I was trying to purchase capture one for Fujifilm by using Alipay January 28， and the transaction is done, but the website tells me The transaction was not paid. Now I can't even find that order at that time on the webshop of capture one
I live in China, and because of the Internet time difference and language, the process of communicating with customer service through email has brought me an endless sense of powerlessness. I haven't even received any reply in the past three working days.
Do you guys have any experience and solutions to similar problems？

    I assume you contacted Capture One support. Reply can be rather slow. I hope they will respond shortly and help you solve this.
