What is the latest update for?
I would like to know what the update represents in that, if it is only for new camera models I would not bother to do it as it requires a full download.
I read the reason in a prior post and it seems too esoteric to me, But I am a simple person.
I find the download process lacking in a proper explanation.
The Download shows and give the appearance of a 30 day trial or a new purchase.
I could not see anything that mentioned "Update" even if a full download is required.
Also it would be proper to state that the Download is for, what changes or corrections to the software or if it is only for new camera models.
Fail to understand the difficultly in doing that .

Click on documentation, bottom right, and you will see the Version 8.1 release notes. You'll see that this release is stated to include
