On Macs, workspaces are stored as plists in Users>[your user name]>Library>Application support>Capture One>Workspaces. Windows must have keep then in some similar place, and they could be copied.

Edited to add: this article explains (near the end) where they are on Windows.

Edited again to add: actually this is not as easy at I thought, it seems, because in Windows they are stored as xml files but on Mac they are stored as plist files.

    Hi Ian,

You are spot on. On Windows, the files are XML and on Mac they are PLIST (which is a form of XML style file but the two are not interchangeable).
So now I'm looking for a way to convert the Windows XML file into the corresponding PLIST file to load into Mac.
I have already written to P1 about this exact topic a year or so ago suggesting they need to implement a way to make Workspaces shareable but nothing's happened yet so I'm still looking for a workaround.
I'll post back if I make any progress...

I know this thread is old, but was trying to copy a custom Workspace from Mac to Windows.    Was their a solution.

I am not sure that there is an easy solution because they are stored as .plist files on Mac and as .xml files on Windows.

A plist (property list) is an XML file. It might be worth testing changing the extension from .plist to .xml on Windows and see what happens. Cannot hurt.

Hi Walter,  thanks for your suggestion.  I just tried it out and unfortunately did not work.
