PRINTING ON SITE

Need a few recommendations on which version to use. I'll be shooting around 1500 portraits, tethered to my Laptop. I'll be printing to two DNP printers DS640A and DS820A, 5x7 and 8x10 respectfully. I was looking at Darkroom 3 but I was wondering what you all think what would be best and most intuitive. I've been shooting for 22+ years and now taking the next step with this. Thanks for any and all advise. My shoot is in 33 days!
