Adjustments locked

I recently upgraded from v9 to v10 and all adjustments seem to be locked: I can't even click on auto-adjust. Not sure why. Working on Mac, in catalogue.

  What licence are you on? Is it possible that it is on say the DB licence which would only permit adjustments to images from Phase One cameras, or on the Sony licence that would only permit adjustments to images from Sony cameras?
  
  Click on the Capture One menu, then License... to check.

  Thanks Ian. Indeed it was the license issue (now solved). Other software usually refuse to open altogether that's what threw me.
