C1 20 4k
my cpu is AMD 1600
ram 16G
display card is 2060
system disk is samsung 970EVO 500G
c1 has already open hardware acceleration.
when i use 4k display and resolution is 4k, i click a picture and show it in 100%, need 10s , and all cpu cores are 100%, then the picture will be clear, if i set the resolution to 1920*1080, the time will not be over 3s.
I confused the display card accelerate why not actually work.
in additional, i already install the studio driver, and update to last version.
Please help to check it.
I never encountered the same situation in dxo lab and lr.
actually, i also encountered it in 12.X, but i consider the reason is i stored the picture in NAS, now i store the picture in local harddisk, it still happens. please help to check the reason.

I set to Never, I found the speed is same with auto.
in additional, while my hardware acceleration is used, GPU always in lower loading( <=4%), even i use zoom, layer, output to jpg, only loading C1 software will have little time over 10%.0 -

have you updated your Nvidia drivers lately? might have to manually reset C1's hardware acceleration
navigate to
C:\ProgramData\Phase One\Capture One\ImageCore
and delete the contents of the directory0 -

My display card always uses last version driver.
thanks you advices, i delete imagecore files, quick than before, and GPU loading is higher than before. I consider the softerware is good now.
if C1 can use more GPU will be better in the future. LR is more suitable for GPU, import image is faster than before version. hoping C1 can follow it.0
