I think I got screwed on the 20 upgrade

I have the Annual Subscription, which means I can always upgrade to the latest version. But for some reason I was marketed and allowed to buy the 20 pre-order, which now that 20 is out, does not allow me to upgrade to 20?

No, the code I was sent for 20 does not work in the purchase upgrade section . . . .

    I seems not to be a license key, but a coupon code, that you use to 'purchase' the license without paying.
