CO 20 showing Session images when I'm using Catalogue
After installing CO 20 I first opened the app with a session (last thing I edited) and upgraded it, and then I switched to open my catalog (and the catalog was upgraded). I wanted to see if viewing all the images in my catalog opened any faster than with CO 12, and to my surprise I saw both catalog and session images when I click on "All Images" in the library.
Am I wrong, I shouldn't be seeing my session images at all, should I?

Close C1 (both catalogue and session ) - I assume you have the General preference set to "Open in new Window".
Then try it again to see if you get the same result.

Sorry for the delay, but wasn't at my computer until now since posting.
Still have the same issue. I have 2 sessions in addition to my travel catalog on my notebook, and I can see the images from my catalog and 2 sessions on my notebook when I should only be seeing the catalog images. When I select to see "All Images" from the the sessions I see the correct images from each directory, however when I open the catalog and select to see "All Images", I see all my catalog images along with all of the two session images.
I know they were never imported to the catalog, and when I right-button click on the session images the option of show in library and show in explorer are grayed out.
I guess I'll have to submit a trouble ticket.
Thanks

Interesting.
A couple of times when testing with 2 sessions open I noticed that changing sessions the Viewer still displayed the last viewed image from the original session and the browser the images from the just chosen session. It seemed like an internal memory pointed matter or something. Basically Windows was not laying the second browser window over the first for some reason. It would not be closing the window, just putting another over the top.
I had to shut down and restart C1 to get back to normality but I could never find a way to make it happen.
Having tried the C1 restart that did not work I would suggest, if not already tried, a system reboot. Perhaps do it twice without starting any programs the first time. This seems to be something windows appreciates as a way for it it to tidy up random/orphaned/whatever work files and memory that may be affecting what you are seeing. And wht I saw but could not reproduce on demand.

Odd that a reboot would fix it, but it did. 0 -

Hmm. Interesting again.
Maybe not so odd since I think it is probably a "temporary" (or maybe transient would be a better word) internal data handling problem.
Looking at something else a short while ago I ended up with an image in the Viewer window that was not the one selected in the Browser. Single session running at the time.
I set a filter to de-select everything and the viewer image persisted. I was simply not being updated by the Windows window handling for some reason.
This is Win 7 so I can't even blame a Microsoft update (I don't think, though one never knows ...)
If I see it again I will almost certainly raise a Support Case - right now I still need to go through a few more steps before Iwould feel comfortable that all possible non-C1 influences have been eliminated.
