Synchronizing edits across different computers (mac/PC)

I am using Capture One Express (for Sony) on both my Mac laptop when travelling and on my Windows desktop at home. I shoot raw and both computers have a copy of all the photos I take. They both use the same folder structure, so a photo in /.../2019-05-03/ on my macbok will also be available on Windows at "D:\...\2019-05-03". Sometimes when I'm travelling, I'll do edits on my laptop but they won't show up on my desktop since they both have their own separate catalogues. Is there any way to keep the two catalogues synchronized so my edits, keywords, color tags, etc. show up on both?
