Adding to batch process without selecting all images?

You can do that using a Keyboard Short cut. There should be a default set up on installation.

If you have the Output batch process running the output will be performed in the background. If it's not running you can add to the batch anyway.

You may eventually find that it is just as easy to tag the images that are ready for export as you complete them and then simply filter for that tag (Colour perhaps?), select all, make sure the "Process all selected variants" toggle is set to be active and send them to the process queue.

There are several options available to suit different personal preferences for the output workflow.

    HTH.

Are you thinking about Ctrl+D ("Process")? That automatically processes the image immediately. I'd like to just add to queue and manually process all at once when I am ready 😊

    Yes.

If the Batch queue is Stopped CTRL+D will add the image to the batch awaiting batch start.

Or at least it does on my system.
