Capture One 20 does NOT create Start Entry

    Yes, had the same problem. I pinned the shotcut to the taskbar, but no Windows Start menu icon.

    Same problem.
    I've tried to add it manually but I discovered that actually there's already the link icon in

    C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Phase One\Capture One 20

    Oddly it's not shown in start menu where I could see only "Capture One 20 on web" icon.

    I had a feeling that uninstalling 12 would make Capture One 20 link appear. Bingo! There must be some sort of conflict between the two entries.

    Thanks! I had the same problem and uninstalling C1 12 did the trick.
