Export Resizing - Don't downsize option?

Is it possible in Capture One when creating an export recipe to resize images but include an option to not downsize? (Just the opposite to LR "don't enlarge" option)

What I would like to do is create a process recipe that will resize images that are smaller than 3000 px long edge (after cropping) to that size, but any that are larger than that do not get resized.
