Can't import from synology nas. "Transparent" files

Hello. I'm totally new as Capture One Mac user, just starting ❓ .
I simply cant import from my Nas device synology 214 play, where I have stored all my photos. When I try, I can access folders but archives (jpeg tiff or raw) are shown as transparent and cannot be imported.

    Yes it is. What I have named "transparent" is called greyed in KB 1766. As stated in Kb 1766, checking "Include Subfolders" works, loading all files from the folder then I choose which ones to import. Thanks .
