I'm not entirely sure that I follow your problem.

Are you trying to adjust sharpness with the lens correction tool in the 'Lens' tool tab but Capture One is not recognizing your lens?

Are you aware of the sharpening tool in the 'Details' tool tab?

    Hi
    I use: Sony A7II, lens SEL2870
FE 28-70mm F3.5-5.6 OSS, Win 10, the program does not see the lens and I can not manually set the sharpening on the object.
    Is this a lens fault?

The lens seems to be listed as one that Phase have profiled so in theory the in camera jpg (and thumbnail in the RAW file) should show the correction applied if the lens has been correctly identified by the camera. If it has not been correctly identified then one might expect the jpg to look wrong as well although the adjustments may be little enough that it is difficult to tell.

Are you discussing use in tethered situations here?

In non-tethered situations I can't think of a way that sharpening could not be applied at all. Applied badly or to a poor base image because the lens is not identified then yes. Some potential for a poor result. But not something to stop an attempt at sharpening at all.

So, downloaded file or the result of tethering? That's the first question.
