The biggest issue - bugs appear random
the longer I use co20 the more I see the real problem is the nature of the bugs co20 brought us, they seem highly random, like settings are not copied correct or files are not processed. especially the copy settings problem is annoying. I´m unable to see a pattern what triggers this problems . just while writing this post c1 stopped processing files once again after days without issues....

Which makes it sound very much like a local problem, not a Capture One problem.
But - assuming it is the software - you will accept that random bugs are the hardest to test for, track down, and fix.0 -
I had some similar troubles with a version, I don't remember which (10 or 11 ?). I asked Phase One, who told me to uninstall and reinstall the software, and all the bugs disappeared.

plenty of people are having random bugs. i'm having TONS of them. not sure what the point of this was. yes, it's hard, but why are we rushing into bug hell when the new features are so marginal and old problems aren't being fixed?0 -

hm, thought to iron this out they run a beta test but who knows and it was only a marketing stunt 😉
I think p1 needs to improve a lot of things and being less secretive is one of them especially with beta tests as we see now otherwise I have no explanation why c1 20 is so bug infested.0
