Importing ICC Profile
How can I Import custom ICC profiles in C1 v20 ? I see the default profile but no custom or import? I am using Canon P-1000 w/ Canon Pro Luster photo paper.

We apparently talk printer profiles here. Just store them in the user's ColorSync/Profiles folder, where all custom profiles are stored. Capture One enumerates this folder.
path:~/Library/ColorSync/Profiles

Printer and or paper profiles. Older versions of C1 seemed easier to add from what I see online in videos. Don't see anything showing how to with v20. 0 -
Hi P1 team
I use C1 20 LCC, The pictures are very bad
But use C1 12 LCC very good
What should I do with it?
Is C1 20 problem?

Hi Aron,
This is a user to user forum, and the only answers you could expect are those coming from people facing the same issue. If you want to address the Phase One team, it would be better to submit them a ticket:

Printer profiles for different papers. That is what you have, or did I misunderstand?0 -

Hi Aron,
I just started using LCCs in C1 20 and had a horrible time with it. I had no issues with what I saw in the C1 viewer. The images looked and acted exactly as I expected using the LCC. However, when I exported them (jpeg, tiff, png, etc) every one of them had the same weird color issue around the edges, especially in the corners.
Someone else in this forum had a similar problem and suggested turning off the hardware acceleration in C1 Preferences. So I did that and my problem went away. The exported images look like they should. So this problem is found in both Mac and Windows versions of C1 20. I am using the Windows version.
