Quick way to delete JPGs from catalog?
Is there a way for me to filter my Capture One catalog to bring up all my JPGs so they can be deleted? I stopped keeping camera-created JPG copies of my photos long ago, but still have hundreds from the early days I'd like to clean out of my catalog. Deleting them directly from the hard drive leaves the references in the catalog and navigating to them all manually within Capture One would be time consuming.
I did attempt to run a 'format' filter on the gallery for JPGs, thinking it meant file format. Either it means something else or I'm doing it wrong because I only get empty results.

Have you tried using the Format filter set to ".JPG" while in the "All Images" collection ?
It found 7228 JPEG files in my catalog.

Okay, after some hunting around I found an option to add a preset for formats under the "Filter" section. This works.
What did not work was using the search box in that section and trying to create the filter myself, or trying to create a smart album with only JPGs. I guess my problem here is solved, though I am curious for future reference why I still can't filter by formats in smart albums.0 -
There is a Global Filter in the View menu where you can select to hide or RAW or JPG files. Selecting to hide all RAW files would leave you with the JPGs.

Newbie Question:
I'm trying to cull files from a catalog in selected groups and only able to delete one at a time.
While the filter to display only the JPG files works fine, once they are all selected (with a shift-click) the "remove from catalog" menu option only removes the originally selected single file rather than the group. Is there a way to delete a group of files from a catalog rather than having to delete each one at a time?
Thanks for the insight!

zeno2358,
Did you activate 'Edit All Selected Variants'?
