RAW-File in B&W

I use the Fujicamera xt-3. Mode: RAW+Normal. Film simulation: Acros. When opening the Fuji-own RAW file Capture One shows this in black and white. It wouldn't have to be displayed in color. Is there a setting for this?

    With Fuji cameras, as I understand it, Capture One by default uses a profile to match the film simulation used. But you can change it. On the Colour tool tab, go to the Base Characteristics tool, and select another option such as Film Standard, or Linear response.
