Crash after start
"Capture One has unexpectedly stopped working." This message pops up after trying to start Capture one. Any ideas?

You probably need to tell us more. Have you had it working OK in the past? Is this an existing catalog or session? Is it Ok with a different catalog or session? What is your version of Windows? Fully up to date? And your version of Capture One.

Yes, I have had the app in the past. I tried to delete all the cataloge files in the pictures folder, but did not helped. I'm on windows 10 build: 18362.657
The app alowed me to enter the trial key, and it alowed me to log in, and after that it crashes.0 -
Can you start Capture One and keep the Shift-key pressed while it starts? This will prevent CO from opening a session or catalog and show you the Recent dialog. If that works, create a new session or catalog.
If that does not work and Capture One still crashes, I would disable OpenCL hardware acceleration. Point is however, you need to start Capture One to be able to change this preference setting.
An alternative is that you manually edit the preference file and disable OpenCL. Quite an operation and I do not have the commands to alter at hand now but I can, or somebody else can, look it up if you would like that.
