Where to complain about support

Permanently deleted user

I have emailed support about three times about the same issue, and received only one reply, which I replied to.

No further replies soar from their support.

It is a simple solution in my opinion, 

Where do I go to complain about their support?

    So you can complain about support to support.

    You just have to wait for a few weeks for them to reply (if they reply at all) with a generic message.

    Thanks for all the help, I finally managed to get a response, and resolved my issue.
