Hi, I think one of the most useful benefits to the overlay function for me is to help with my cropping.

I'm about to do a corporate photoshop, involving up to 100 staff members. Would be good to achieve the same cropping and framing for all staff for consistency.

I'm guessing this is how the overlay tool can come in - I can simply create a drawing on how big people's heads are and how much shoulder is shown and create consistent results. I can do this in a flash, but just for the sake of asking the question, does anyone know if a template already exists and is acting as some sort of "industry standard" out there? If so, I'd rather conform to that than come up with my own.

    The edit option is accessed via the little sun/cog like icon below the "Like" voting icons.
