My comments on the new forum
- Must enable cross site tracking to log in, a massive privacy fail
- The light grey text is very hard to read with my old eyes. Need more contrast.
- Too much white space.
- No way to jump to UNREAD replies to a topic
- No a way to quote a message or, more importantly, a portion of a message without doing a manual copy and paste.
- Facebook/Twitter/Linked-in buttons are a waste of space. I want to talk about Capture One, not brag about something I've posted on social media.

I agree, especially about this being a chat line as in social media.
If people are going to contribute, they must not be anonymous.

I completely agree with the marchyman's post.

Me too.
Particularly too much white space, and too less information as an oversight, e.g. How can I see who has posted after my last post in a topic, and when. Information like my own posts are distributed many clicks away. At least I did not find the usual forum oversight information, and if that is so then it is my faiult but the root cause is a system which is not intuitive for the average dude I am.

P.S. I figured: My posts are 4 clicks away but a bookmsrk is a workaround. Last reply datetime at least is listed there too. But what really sucks is Edit my comment because the edit window is shifted to the right, partially out of my iPads real estate.
I can see the sub string "Upd" of the update button

Why all this silly and useless whitespace? Are they trying to look fresh, of have ease of communication between users who are having problems or wanting information on how to be more effective with the software ??

If a thread has multiple pages, how do I quickly navigate to the last posts when starting from
Recent activity (Community)?

IMHO, talking about enhancing this forum software is useless. It is lacking too much essential features. It has to be re-written and they obviously won't do that. So either we adapt to it (like prisoners adapt to their jail) or we boycott this absolutely useless thing.

Could not agree more with the OP.
Light blue and grey text on white background is ridiculously low contrast for easy reading,
Way too much space between lines leads to too much scrolling.
No way to quote anything. ?0
