MacBook Pro 15 2019 High CPU Usage
I use the last version of Capture one 20 for Fuji. On Mojave and Catalina I have a huge CPU load, which reaches over 570% in normal actions like viewing the next image or zoom. The Apple service did a diagnostic of the laptop and told me that there was no problems with the hardware and operating system. On the OS I checked to use only the external (Radeon Pro 555X) video card. On Capture One the hardware acceleration option is on. I did a test with the option off, but no difference. Please help me.

In the preferences, does it actually tell you that hardware acceleration is used?
you could also check the imgcore log file, search for "benchmark". Many entries in this file I cannot understand but some give you a hint. I am on Windows so I can't help you with certain Mac specific details.
Is the grafix card driver up to date?
There is also a help page somewhere in the knowlegde base dealing with OpenCL issues.
Some peolpe claim the new forum is better integrated with useful information to self service problems, maybe they are right...

Yani,
What are you concerns about a high CPU load number?
Is the load all Capture One and so preventing other applications performing well?
What do the numbers really mean?
