Tethering woes - Canon 5D mk IV
We have been using Capture One 20 Pro for shoots on location a lot more lately, and we have been having an issue with the tethered capturing. I'll take the picture, and it will not show up on Capture One.
At first we thought it was because the computer was not updated, but I updated my work desktop to Mojave 10.14.6 and it's still not working. We replaced our linking cables, that did not fix the problem either. If anything, the problem seems to be getting worse. Now, it will take 3-6 photos taken to register a single photo in Capture One.
What could be the possible source of this issue and how can it be resolved?

Which camera(s) are you using?
Which release of C1 20 do you have installed?
Have you already found the several articles covering some specific tethering matters in the FAQ section of the Support pages?
Sorry! Just realised the Camera is mentioned in the Title.

I am using the Canon 5D mk IV camera and just recently updated the firmware on it.
I am using Capture One 20 Pro, Build 13.0.1.19
Yes, I have read through articles on the Capture One site as well as the Canon website, read through the FAQ and watched numerous youtube videos regarding tethering. I made some adjustments to the camera and though it did help with response time on C1 recording the images taken, the problem still stands.

Have you removed the memory card from the camera?
