Point range of Apply Normalization in the Normalize tool

Normalize tool is excellent.
It reduces the process of matching images and is precise and accurate.
However, the Apply Normalization point range is so small that its use is limited.
It is good to use one by one precisely, but it is difficult to match roughly. I also want to match multiple photos at once with "Exposure".
I need a feature like Lightroom's 'Match Total Exposure'.
If Apply Normalization and Pick Normalize Color are the average of the full screen, it is possible. Customization of the range of pick and apply is also required.
