Noise reduction with export

I find that if I export an image with a long side 2000px (therefore with a reduction in size) the noise reduction is not applied. Not even if I set the maximum value.

It's normal?

  Never heard of this.

  How do you compare the images? (Application. Zoom level)

  Do you use hardware acceleration, and have both settings in the preferences, display and processing, identical?

  For testing, can you change these settings to Never?

  I think in the C1 viewer, noise reduction is only applied at a zoom level of 33 (or even higher) and above, which might be irritating?

  One is of maximum size. The other is scaled on export with C1 (2500px long).

  There are also the noise settings.

  In the "reduced" version it is as if noise reduction is not applied.

  You can notice both the chromatic and the luminous noise.
