I tried to login on the forum for the first time. Old password didn't work. Got new forum password. Today it didn't work, got another new password. Now I can try to help you. What password do you use, the forum password or the (yet perhaps old) activation password?

Capture One hate their users, I hate now Capture One and I think next upgrade to stop (since version 3). I am not an idiot.

Are you new to Capture One or are you upgrading from an earlier version?

When you ordered V20 you would have logged into your account (if already a customer or if you had run a trial installation) with Phase One to place the order. Or did you place the order without doing that?

If you ordered using a different email address that would probably be a problem.

If you had an account and password already but have now had to create a new password to access the Forum and the wider "Community" you would need the OLDER password to access your Account to make changes to the contents or Activate with the new activation key. This is the same requirement whether you attempt to activate using a Capture One menu prompt or via the  Community "Software Management" option.

If we can establish whether you can log in at all with the email address and password you are using we have somewhere to start.

What reason did you get from support for being unable to help you? Was it something to do with password changes?
