Live view tethering with Capture One 20 and Canon 5D mk iii

Hi I'm trying to use Live View with Capture One 20, Canon 5D mk iii and Mac OS Catalina.

I can shoot tethered no problem but when I start live view I get the message -

Live View is not supported for the connected device using PTP.

Any ideas/help?!!

  Have you already tried searching the Community documentation. There are several articles that might be useful (as I recall).

  As I don't use Mac and don't have a 5D3 the details of the articles pass me by ... so I am not sure if you specific situation is answered but it sounds familiar.
