20.03 - and Plug in bug is still there !!

Can`t believe it . just today an update to 20.03 and the Open with plug in bug is STILL there ........  ithe ssue with the Open With plugin which cannot initialize and is declared disable is still present

  Yes, unfortunately the Open With plugin bug is still alive ! :(
