Why not using more of eGPU power?
So, based on what I have read, Capture one does support eGPU. I have attached one Radeon RX 5600 XT to my 2016 MBP 15''. Any other graphic intensive app runs flawlessly. Now C1 does gets "better", but still is an application relying heavily on processor. I see the eGPU usage and it barely reach a 50%, not even when processing image.
My question is, if images are graphic components that needs to be rendered into a graphic context in order to be displayed, why is for instance generating previews done on the processor side? Same goes for editing, (even though it seems smoother now, but is just my subjective opinion), and how can you guys at Capture One Dev team can enhance these kinda setups where nowadays are more common among graphic creative people (Illustrators, photographers, videographers, and so on)

G.
PS: Im a mac software developer as well.
PS2: Photoshop and Affinity photo got nice performance improvements over eGPU.
