Hi so since this Covid19 pandemic is affecting every industry including advertising and photography world wide, will Capture One be matching Adobes offer of waiving the next 2 months subscription fees for all its users who are experiencing / going to experience extreme financial hardship?

  Hi Alastair,

  This is typically a request to be submitted to the sales service of Capture One, but not to be discussed in this users forum. Maybe in the "Submit a request" section (upper right corner of this page) ?

  Alastair,

  I assume that was a somewhat tongue in cheek comment?

  As a perpetual license user I wonder what you solution might be for me and others like me?

  It's probably something that Adobe can do and write off against a small part of their tax obligation or marketing budget or simply save on reduced overheads.

  Other businesses may not be in such a happy position.

   

  But as Robert has written, if you want to ask the question then the Submit a Request option would be the way to go about it.
