CO 20.0.4 BACKUP not possible

Hello!

I downloaded an installed the latest CO version CO 20.ß.4 an now I can´t make an update. I always get the information that an backup is impossible.

I use WIN 10 PRO 1909.#

By the way: Since CO 12 hat a better performance.

  Hello community!

  Good news. I tried some backups again and found a solution for my difficulties with CO20.0.4 "catalog backup".

  step 1. I disabled "optimize catalog"

  step 2. run "backup catalog"

  step 3. activate "optimize catalog"

  step 4. run "backup catalog again"

  I´m happy that "backup catalog" runs again, but I wonder why this doesn´t happen from the beginning.
