I do not have a problem logging in at this time.
Do you have different passwords for the Main Account and the Support/Community pages? Could that be a problem?
That's about all I can think of at the moment other than the usually sort of issues one can have with passwords - things like Case Sensitivity.

I tried to login on the phseone.com website. The community works without problems.
In the meantime I tried 3 times to change passwords and login.

I don't have any problems logging on via the Phase Web site and going on to manage activations, etc.
The Phase and CaptureOne sites do have different login registrations so if you have used a different email account or provided a variation on your password there might be some room for confusion - even one character could be a problem. And an incorrect password (for whatever reason) at login should be enough to prevent a password change directly without identity conformation via the registered email address.
That said I have had situations with my internet service supplier where for some reason the main account access seemed to simply not work for a period of time, resisting all attempt to login other than those previously saved on mobile devices and so working automatically. I think that might have been something to do with a cookie saved somewhere and resisting attempts to displace it.
Have you tried a different browser? It's a long shot but sometimes worth a try.

so after 12 hours i was able to login and download the latest version :)
No idea what went wrong but it worked

I am having the same issue. I can log into the community but cannot log into the download url. I get locked out every time. Even after I reset the password. I have tried this multiple times through the course of a week. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.
This is the error I receive:

Just in case this is relevant ...
The Community and the main web site use 2 different logins. Do you use the same user and password for both of them?

I did use the same passwords... before I tried that password-reset on main website.
BTW: forum login is still on the old password, so not resetted by main website (...as expected?)
