Unable to open CO 20.4

Really one issue and one question

I downloaded 20.4 and since then I am unable to open C1  The icon is located on the taskbar and when I try to access it nothing happens I have rebooted my machine  Do I have to uninstall and for back to 20.3?

 

Question is can you make a keyboard shortcut for edit with  This does not seem to be an option under edit keyboard shortcuts?

    Try closing it in the Task Bar (Close Window) and opening it from the Start Menu.

    Make sure version 20.0.4 is listed there in the Start Menu.
