Quick Process Recipe Select/Deselect

Can we have something like ALT-Click on a process recipe that would deselect all of the other recipes and check the one that was clicked as well as highlight it?
Currently, I have to uncheck each recipe I have selected from my last export, making sure to scroll down the list to be sure none near the bottom are active (I have around 20). then, scroll back up, select the one you want and then CLICK on it to make sure it is highlighted as well or deal with the warning that the one you have highlighted isn't the one you have checked. UNG! clicking all day long!

This feature was requested over 2 years. I just checked whether this requested functionality works in the latest version, and unfortunately it still doesn't. It would be great to implement this enhancement.
