Capture One support should be able to help you. I suggest that Capture One is reading the network camera list on startup which contains false entries. I suppose you can clear the list from the AppData\Capture One folder.

I have looked for the AppData list but can't find it. Any idea where it would be found in Windows?

I think I have found the support page, Ill give that a go.

    Thanks.
