Can i import and edit Fuji st20 file on capture one?

I tried to import xt20 jpeg to capture one to edict without success. I have no problem importing and editing raw file .What did I do wrong. Second issue: I shot some raw and jpeg on xt20 with aspect ration of 1:1. The imported file on capture one displayed as a ration different from 1:1 . same file on Photoshop displayed as 1:1. What did I do wrong.

    In C1 preferences, in the Image tab there is an option to enable or disable JPEG editing.

    Could be turned off there?
