Export - photo description?

Hi,

For example, let's say I have three photos in my Session. I added whatever adjustments I wanted then I Renamed them individually to something like this:

Photo1_ClarityAdded

Photo2_OpacityLowered

Photo3_TestingColorGrading

When exporting them in a batch I would like the names to be kept as they are. Is it possible?

    Thanks Walter, the [Image Name] token is exactly what I missed.
