"View Selected Color Range" for Color Balance Tool

I love the ability to preview which colors are affected by ticking the "View Selected Color Range" checkbox on the Advanced Color Editor. I think it would also be helpful to preview the affect tones (Shadows, Midtones, and Highlights wheels) while using the Color Balance Tool. For example, if I have the Highlights color wheel selected, the Shadows and Midtones would fade to monochrome while I adjust the wheel to select. Obviously there would need to be quite a bit of back and forth between selected/unselected as it is, indeed, the balance between the three wheels that is important, but it is often difficult to tell what areas of a shot are going to be affected before adjusting the wheel without making really exaggerated changes (which does nothing to help find that right "balance").
