A Possibility to Disable Embedded Thumbnails in Exported JPEGs

Hi guys,

Could you please add an option to disable embedding thumbnails in JPEGs upon export to prevent a problem described here?

  I think you need to make clear in this request that this is a Windows-specific request, because on Macs, this option already exists.
