Preset and masking
I would like to apply one of my Capture one preset ( Redwood bright) on my image. I previously worked on the model's eyes and don't want that the preset alter the eyes. What's the procedure , please? I'm new on Capture one " I can't find how to mask the eyes or maybe can I erase the preset on the eyes? Thanks for the help

I remember having seen a reply already, it vanished? Am I wrong?
Apply the preset to a layer, and erase the mask where you do not want to have the effect with the eraser brush. To do this, yoiu need to select the layer and the eraser, keyboard M helps you to visualize the mask.

I think you are correct BeO.
I replied and so did Walter as I recall.
Strange.
Perhaps some sort of forum glitch has occurred? That might also explain the recent post about perceived censorship?
